Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we value your commitment to your wellness journey. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service for all our guests.
Refund Policy
All services and treatments at MediFreda are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment results will vary from patient to patient, and aside from certain touch-ups done at follow-up appointments, any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as additional treatments.
Pet Policy
For the health and safety of all patients, we do ask that you leave your pets at home before coming in for your appointment at MediFreda. If you do bring in a pet with you that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our office prior to your appointment. We do ask you to provide valid paperwork reflecting the service animal status of your pet if you do bring them into the office. This avoids any sort of inconvenience to you and your pet, so we ask that you leave them at home.
