Appointment Reservation Fee, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At MediFreda, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient to ensure a personalized and exceptional experience. To secure your appointment, a $100 Appointment Reservation Fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward your treatment or service on the day of your visit.
If you choose not to proceed with treatment during your scheduled appointment, the $100 Appointment Reservation Fee is non-refundable and will be retained.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the $100 Appointment Reservation Fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to dedicate the appropriate time and attention to each patient while accommodating others seeking care.
Refund Policy
All services and treatments at MediFreda are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment results will vary from patient to patient, and aside from certain touch-ups done at follow-up appointments, any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as additional treatments.
